a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin again.

Life and relationships can feel heavy at times. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful for you or your partner. Virtual therapy in Ontario offers a safe space to pause, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and find steadier ground.

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both compassion and evidence-based practice.

You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. You are welcome exactly as you are.

About Me

Hi, I’m Harnoor

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding you. Therapy is a space to slow down, speak honestly, and be met with curiosity rather than judgment. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore what’s been weighing on you and how you’d like things to feel different.

I work with adults and couples navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, and burnout

  • Life transitions and identity concerns

  • Relationship challenges and communication difficulties

My approach is integrative and relational

  • I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and humanistic values.

  • Therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs, focusing on insight and practical change.

  • My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to navigate life with more clarity and balance.

Background in Rehabilitation
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the rehabilitation field for 5+ years supporting adults through complex life transitions, stress, and functional recovery. That experience shaped my understanding of how much patience, support, and practical tools matter for sustainable change.

Cultural Awareness
As a first-generation Canadian, I am attuned to how culture, family expectations, and identity influence our inner worlds and relationships. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, safe, and reflective of your lived experience.
